Hello, I started a ticket to report a player about three weeks ago and got no reply back from anyone other then they generic automatic email that gets always gets sent. I have since updated the ticket via email and my support page. I even started a second ticket referencing the first ticket to see if maybe my first ticket closed. I was a little annoyed that I got scammed out of my gold, which is what my ticket was about, but more annoyed or even mad at the fact that over three weeks I have heard no reply. That is the worst customer support of any company that I have ever dealt with. Even if I was told that I its my fault I got scammed and there is nothing you can do about it would be better then getting no reply back at all.
