CTD now stuck with "Account already logged in"

Crashed to the report, and now I can't re-enter the game, waiting to see if it times out, I've gotten the already logged in before and usually it clears the 2nd try but this is persistent.

    Try rebooting your machine to clear any local cache. If course the cool down could pass while your doing this giving a false positive
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    it cleared after about 15 min but now after logging out and taking a nap I can't get in at all, but I see I'm not the only one
