He had been kidnapped and start an quest.
But the weird part was that the first time I saw him he was standing upright, he then sat down and put his arms behind him.
it looked very suspicious, at first I thought the Orc was trying an scam however it only happened once so I freed him and accepted the quest.

Did other get this? I assume it was just an weird bug caused by high load and instancing, perhaps some other had just freed him.
