Character stuck in pariah pinnacle

My wife has her main character in pariah pinnacle and cannot log back in. Blue screens everytime.
Also she cannot sign in here because there is no invite code being sent.
No responce from the in game help section.
Ps4 NA.
We have eso plus for both of us and she cant even get on her main character nor can she get help.
