Can't Create New Characters

Get stuck in an infinite loading screen after character creation when I try to load in. And when I've closed the game and rebooted it the character appears in my character list but I can't load it without getting stuck in another infinite laod. All my other toons are fine however.

    Can't login with any of my characters, all are stuck in a infinite loading screen.

    Also have the same problem since Thursday.

    And this happens on PTS and live for current and new characters

    The PC-EU megserver was taken down for maintenance on September 20th. Please let us know if you are continuing to run into loading issues while playing this weekend.
