Game crashed, now I can't log back in [PC-EU]

Same thing happened to me last night, haven't been able to log in since. Already sent a ticket about it, got response but it didn't solve the issue. I can log in normally to NA server but can't log in to EU, so it is probably server related.Been playing since betas 20140 -

My second account works just fine (same PC, same launcher..)- and funnily enough, my main account is still shown online in the guild roster.
So no, waiting for a solid 10 hours didn't solve the problem, and the server didn't log my account out after "a few tries of relogging", contrary to what people suggested here.
Hopefully the maintenance fixes this issue.If you can't even spell sets, locations and items, you probably have no clue what you even are talking about.

I had drank some Artaeum broth just 5 minutes before the game crashed. With so much time spent "online", I suppose I'll lose the entire duration of it.
