Quest Tracker is bugged

I have just started the Clockwork City and regularly the Quest Tracker is moving on to another quest when a quest stage is completed.
This is very unhelpful and I have been experiencing it in a variety of settings and questlined.
I assert that your Quest Tracker is messed up and thus needs to be fixed.

Tantala✭✭✭I am experiencing this. Currently I have two active quests in the current zone and the quest tracker will randomly swap between them.
It never switches to quests in other zones.0 -
