ERROR - 210 and launcher stuck

played last night game was fine no issues, today launcher client and get a loading screen after 5 mins the ERROR -210 pops up and client as "UPDATE" button highlighted.

Press OK on the error to remove it and click the update button and nothing stuck on 0%, left it for 15 mins returned to find ERROR - 210 pop up again ? cant play, game will not launch update or anything

Since updating through the launcher is not working, the next step you can try is restarting the ESO Launcher followed by running a repair. If the repair gets stuck at 0%, you may need to download a new patch manifest file. Instructions on how to do so can be found below.

I was not trying to update, I just launched the client and after 5 mins of it 'loading' got the error pop up, it would not let me update.

still not working, got fed up playing another game, tbh getting abit tired of issues in ESO, Just read the link for downloading patch files, this seems like a lot of messing around with files that should be done automatically, this is one of the reasons I quit ESO 2 years ago and it seems 2 years later nothing is any better, Thanks for the reply but I'm done for now again, I wanted to play the game not spend my game time copy pasting, deleting and saving files just to get it to launch.

I am having the same issue today. Last night it was fine and now today it gets stuck on the load screen for 5 mins or more then just sits. I have done what you have said and still my launcher is just sitting there

Since you've went through the suggested troubleshooting and still cannot load into the game, you should go ahead and start a ticket with customer support. If you have any issues doing so, please let us know.
