After installing the new content I have found that in most all zones there is audio distortion and players are appearing as solid black avatars. Even after allowing load times this is an issue.

This is not a connection issue as I tested it and my connection speed was what it always is - 35 down/ 8up. Its not the best but I have never had these issues before, and thats in heavy populated zones. (Vvardenfell is garbage right now but theres already another report for that too).

Is there a chance that clearing the console cache or deleting something in the eso console file will help? And if so, what do I need to be careful so I dont accidentally delete the wrong stuff?
