Elsweyr disc bought preorder account doesn't recognise purchase

A friend bought Elsweyr via a shop and picked up the ful boxed copy today. In it was the DLC (chapter) code which she entered and was accepted. Yet everywhere you try to access Elsweyr it was shed doesn't have access. From the store etc it also tells her to go buy it. Code is entered correctly as now says it redeemed.

Tried a hard reset, logging off / on etc. I've told her to delete save game & xbox cache etc etc

Anyone else had this? She bought full boxed copy to avoid any hassle of download etc.

We are aware of some issues with the Elsweyr code redemption on Xbox. Try completely relogging now to see if you gain access to Elsewyr.

She's checked and code gave her Summerset etc but its not letting her I to Elswwer at all. I'm guessing its a support job / bug.

Thanks @ZOS_BillE she now has access. She had logged in and out multiple times, rebooted etc etc previously.

Appears she doesn't have the pre-order bonus however - this was a physical pre-order just picked up yesterday.

If you're friend made a physical pre-order, she should have gotten a second code for the pre-order bonuses. She will need to redeem this second code on her account.

Hi @ZOS_BillE she got no 2nd code in the box. She def pre ordered and picked up on launch day

She's logged tickets but no reply

She's not on forum i could DM you her GT?

Thanks @ZOS_BillE sent it over, Elyswer is working but no pre order stuff, and she has the pre order recipt etc
