Elsweyr shows as purchased in store..

But when I login to the game it tell me I need to upgrade to it. When I click the button it brings me to the store which, says I already own it.

Would love to play this..

Are you currently logged into the correct gamertag?

Is the Xbox you're playing on set as your primary?

Try completely relogging now to see if you gain access to Elsewyr.

Hello. I am also having this problem. It shows I have the Elsweyr chapter upgrade in xbox store but when I go to the game it tells me I need to buy the chapter. Help please?

Did you purchase a physical Elsweyr upgrade?

If so it would have come with two different codes. Make sure both codes have been redeemed on your account. You should also make sure you are on the correct gamertag.

@ZOS_BillE no I bought the digital upgrade from the xbox store. The game tells me to buy the chapter on character selection screen. I can't even create a necromancer class.

As you've bought the Elsweyr upgrade digitally from the Xbox store, you'll need to contact Xbox Support to check that your purchase went through and was entitled on the correct account.
