Lag Spikes

Hello,
for the past week i started having a lot of trouble on EU involving massive lag spikes . It started with the last even shift (where we get rewards from pvp daylies). My computer and connection are not at fault since i tried playing other online games and had no troubles. It says my ping goes from +999 to 253 to 83 and shifts between these numbers every 3 sec or so. For the entire day i have been unable to play the game because my character has delayed actions and everything teleports around. For the past week the same thing would happen but only for 30min or so, while gradually increasing every day to the point where i am now. Since morning the game is completely unplayable. Any steps i can take to fix that?
