ZOS Support Refusing to respond to me.

I was supposed to meet with a ZOS representative yesterday to help fix my City on the Brink quest but not only did they not show up, they refuse to respond to any of my email. My Incident is [Incident: 190403-004181]. I really would like to speak to someone from ZOS about this.
