Every time I try and log into the game or my account page on the site it keeps asking for a confirmation code, but the email never arrives. I did everything suggested to fix it, like clearing cache, using a different browser/PC etc but it didn't do anything. I think I had this issue in 2014/when the game came out... so sort of annoying.

I tried putting a ticket up with support... but I'm not sure if it even went through, apparently the support page doesn't show tickets you've put up (if they even worked). Pretty sure my ticket reference is #:190410-000324 though.

Any help/solutions would be appreciated.
