Ping Spike Causing Game to Crash

So since the update for Wrathstone, whenever I am in a group dungeon, usually just after we have killed a boss, my Ping will spike up to around 10k, FPS will drop to 0, and eventually the game will just crash out completely. I have tried repairing systems files, checked my internet connection, all is fine. This has never happened before, so I am finding it very strange. Any ideas?

Have you experienced this crash anywhere else besides group dungeons?

In addition to the crash troubleshooting you've done, try removing any add-ons and see if the crash persists.

Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.

Hey, thanks for getting back to me. I've found it happened in a Battlegrounds also later that night. I also went in a group dungeon solo, and it happened again. I am yet to test if it happens overworld during combat, but I have had no trouble going about doing my writs today. I've tried playing without add-ons and it's still happening & I've also been through the troubleshooting.

To further investigate what is causing these erratic crashes, go ahead and open a ticket with customer support. Make sure to include a game consultant report to help with looking into these crashes.
