Can't Repair Launcher

Like many others I'm having the issue where the launcher crashes with new updates. I've tried every fix, uninstalling, restarting my computer, downloading the files from the log itself, calling my ISP, restarting my modem, etc. The only one I have not tried is the repair launcher option. However when I try to to do so, the option is literally just gone. I dont know if maybe ZOS removed it in a recent patch or something as a *** you to people with issues or something but now I'm at a complete loss.

Your screenshot shows some kind of update going on, is that update failing?
