Wouldn't a better solution have been to listen to the complaints about group finder from last year and actually make sure it worked properly for this year's event?
We screwed up again and didn't listen to feedback from people actually doing the event! Here, here's some mystery boxes with some jute in them!0 -

If it works for NA it doesn't seem very likely that it's caused by Group finder. It's the severs that can't handle the load.6 -

Sure we had an extension on Witch’s Festival, but since that was so people could make up tickets and rewards they had missed because of server instability and down time that shouldn’t be getting counted as a “ oh well you should be fine on tickets” kind of thing. Was this supposed to read ‘In addition to the already scheduled rewards, we will up them by an additional ticket and loot box’ or were you seriously planning only one ticket to drop per day for New life? Because if that is the case, a lot of folks are going to get shafted. You already had one event and berry that was behind the paywall last Indrik morph, you have another similar event scheduled... no word on whether this time it will have an eso+ access weekend with it or not... and we have a previously non-disclosed Indrik morph coming for Spectral that folks with presumably have to farm both feathers and berries for as well after having spent their year budgeting tickets and grinding for the four originally announced morphs. (Side note: ANOTHER _Indrik_ ..... really ZOS? Stop being a lazy one-trick pony here.... yes they were cool.... but not 2+ years cool... let’s move on eh?) Sure Undaunted was only 12 tickets... but for some folks those were going to be very important tickets in the grand scheme of things. PLEASE tell us you have a better plan than this.....NA EP CP1200+

If it works for NA it doesn't seem very likely that it's caused by Group finder. It's the severs that can't handle the load.
Yeah, agreed. I mean it was working on NA just fine, even Xbox so it seems isolated to the EU server and the load of players that play on it.0 -
