1. I have my Twitch and ESO Accounts linked. It says so under my ESO account information and in Twitch connections. It keeps telling me I need to connect my account on Twitch instead of Drops Enabled like it has in the past. This has happened over the last two Twich Drop events and I have received no drops.

2. I tried to access your support ticket system. It will not let me sign in. I CAN sign into my account, but nothing happens when I hit the login button for the support system. It gives me no error messages. Again, this is only relevant to trying to access the support system. I am able to sign in everywhere else.
