Screen turns black while pvp. Can still hear audio and move toon

I can pvp sometimes for hours with no issue. However there are many times during pvp my screen will turn green for a split second before turning black. I can still control my toon ingame and hear audio but the screen turns black. Game will crash moments later with windows 10 telling me the graphics card is blocking ESO.
These are my PC specs.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00
Ram 16.0 GB
Card: GeForce GTX 980

Could you post a screenshot of the full error message after ESO crashes?
