Did not get a feather nor gold skull

I killed dolmen boss but did not get the gold skull nor event feather. Did get the chest to loot. I was not on the timer because I did not log in for more than 24 hours. Xbox NA server. Tried to open the ticket but did not hear back from support.

Astarana✭✭✭Thank you for the link to the article. I don't think it applies though. I was able to loot the boss, just no skull or feather dropped. I got it later on from running the delve, but just wanted to report the bug and see if anything can be done about it.0
