I'd like to take you on a tour through my little housing experiment: Clockwork Machinarium meets Psijic Villa. This is my first house ever and I had a blast decorating it. Enjoy the tour (many pictures ahead, link to the full album at the end).
This is the view when entering the home (I wonder why those coldharbour rocks are drawn to the villa, hmmm...)
Unfinished crafting area:
Watching the stars:
Following the lanterns to the right side of the villa:
A little chill out tent with even more boulders in the back (and a spider in the tree, waaah).
Let's find out what's inside the villa:
Oh look, it's some kind of a machine. And it keeps a giant ball floating in the air.
Reading nooks in the grand hall:
This is where the machine gets its power:
The villa also has a trophy room with a bird's eye view:
Left room with a fireplace and some boulders to lean on.
Library and bedroom in the left wing:
And finally the kitchen area and the shower:
Thanks for taking the tour and I hope you liked it. I'll keep working on my project. Cheers!
The outside got an overhaul with lightposts, rocks and a huge constellation sign over the door. Oh, and some weird spaceship landed in the backyard.
The central power engine got a new core. Abyssal Pearl inside the Clockwork Collectible. Looks awesome in motion. Also, I started doing experiments on the dwemer pet.
I also improved the lighting in the main hall and moved around a couple of bits and pieces.
OMG. NAILED it so much. It's really beautiful @DJfriede ! I'm totally going to use your abyssal pearl and clockwork collectible idea in my Arboretum!

Feel free to try the Abyssal Clockwork thingy, it looks really cool. I even played around with different directions for the rotation of the pearl. #micromanagement.
@DJfriede just incredible! You've taken such a large, empty and open plan and managed to create such fullness and works of art within it! Very well done!

Ha! I'm the same. I'll sit tweaking things one pixel at a time until I get it just so. #itsnotmicromanagementitsart

I like what you did to the exterior, you have some very original and valuable solutions there, but I am not a big fan of the interior, especially the 1st pictures I saw. I don't feel a connection between Alinor, Dwemer/CW and Redguard stuff, also the daedric rocks do not belong there, and there is no feeling that something like a planemeld happened that brought those rocks there.
But you put a lot of effort in it which has to be appreciated, and the most important thing is that you are happy with it. Congrats!

I wish I could edit the first post and show only the most recent state of my home. But hey, here is a video that the lovely @Delphinia made. (Thank you very much!) Enjoy the tour.
Nice! I have a lot of ideas for this villa but don't know how I'm going to make it all work because there won't be enough slots. So I haven't even started yet, mine is bare except for a couple statues outside.

WOW!! That's so awesome, I agreed with Alinhbo_Tyaka, I love seeing the old pics and how its evolved and progressed over time. You should be very proud of your creation.
