Transferring Unopened Twitch Drops to Xbox?

Are there any plans for transferring unopened Twitch drops to Xbox accounts? I used to play on PC but switched to Xbox two years ago, so I still receive emails about Twitch drops being sent to my account. However, since I no longer play on PC there is a stack of drops building up there. So I was wondering if ZOS has any plans of eventually introducing the option for being able to transfer those unopened drops to Xbox accounts?

Twitch drops are currently NOT cross platform and cannot be transferred from PC to Xbox.
Two more questions:- Is the transferability of Twitch drops up to Twitch or ZOS?
- If it is up to ZOS, do you know if there are any plans to make them transferable in the future (even if it would be several updates from now)?
