Were the Twitch drops sent yet?

Did anyone get their twitch crates yet?

I'm seeing a couple of contradicting reports with some people saying they got 1 but most saying they got nothing.

So you guys didn't send them yet? or you lowered the drop rate into the ground?

Watched 10 or so streams over the weekend. Probably 8+ hours overall. No drops. I'm not overly concerned about whether I get the drops or not, but a notification of when they send them out to people would be welcome as then I would just know that event is done and stop checking for them.

We can confirm Twitch Drops from last weekend did go out, but it was only a chance to receive a Drop. This is why some people have reported getting them, where others may not have received one this time. Don't worry, there will be other chances in the future!

I don't want to seem like I'm complaining, I was just curious to see what is/was happening.

That being said, I'm pretty sure you guys toned down the drop rate quite significantly since all the other weekends where there was a "chance" we had a lot more ppl getting 2-3 crates. In my entire main guild, 2 ppl got 1 crate. Much lower compared to every other weekend so far.

I was working this weekend and left a stream open basically non-stop while in the office. With what I watched at home as well, that's ~30 hours of streaming.

Thanks for confirming they went out tho.

Any chance of letting us know how they work? From my own experience I only seem to get them if I'm still watching the twitch when it ends. Doesn't matter how long I watch just that I am there at the end. I don't mind that so much but if that's the case then it's *** that so many people go on 12-24 hour twitch streams when drops are enabled.

None of my 3 accounts got one though they were all qued up on streams over the weekend so I would say the drop rate was substantially altered.

It also seems I can no longer buy my sub, which ended today, though twitch to get crates as it looks like the ZOS ESO store is no longer a thing.

My impression is that this whole twitch thing is maybe something ZOS is loosing interest in. Just as well, I never understood why having us all set up our PC's AFK on a Twitch stream, or sharing purchase revenue with Twitch, made much sense. I got a cool mount though so yay for that.

I’m going to go out on a limb during a raging thunderstorm with a pit of velociraptors below while being hunted by tree climbing zombie bears and say to whom it may concern that even a half hour (if that) is all that is needed to be entered into the oroborous crate drop lottery. That’s right I said lottery. It’s a generous lottery so a lot of people will “win” this lottery but sadly not everybody. Secretly you don’t even have to watch the twitch feed, it just needs to be running but don’t mute it just in case and simply put the sound as low as possible. For good measure I also at least say hi in chat.

I say this because a lot of people get upset because they put the time in.

Just wanted to let you know though that the requirements are not super high.

I received a super cool looking mount with an oddly bland mount animation on a server that I don’t play on with only 14 crates total.
Create at least on char on the other server and you will receive the crates there too in case you didn’t know.

Confirmed! Twitch Drop chance got PAKT UP! I watched 72+ hours while drops were enabled and no drops for me either. On the plus side since there's clearly no incentive to watch going forward I can return to my other favorite streamers. If you can't tell @FENGRUSH is on that list of favorites.

well then. there goes my watching any twitch streams outside of occasional live and 2-3 streamers that I actualy chose to watch every once in a while.

yeah yeah, you just want free stuff, whatever - twitch eats through my bandwith like CRAZY. there is absolutely NO way I'm going to allocate it to "watching " streams i couldn't care less about, unless I'm guaranteed to get something out of it.

I got 1. I don't really care about the drops to be honest.

I decided a while ago that no matter who had drops enabled and who did not, I was still going to watch whoever my favorite streamer was that happened to be online when I wanted to watch twitch. The drops aren't enough of an incentive to just have streams going or pick someone that has drops over someone that doesn't (for the times we are being selective about who gets to have drops enabled).

yep, I found out just how bad of a hog twitch is when I got "you used up 75% of your allotted bandwith message.... on first week of new billing month (thank goodness actual video game playing takes very little bandwith, but we ended up needed to throttle youtube and netflix that month)....

you can circumvent some of that, by lowering quality of the streams to absolute lowest, but then they are basically unwatchable even if you do want to watch them. so... I'd rather just keep my bandwith for streams I'm actualy interested in, so that I can actualy see them properly at decent quality - if crates are a "chance" and looks like a low one at that.

You really need to be clearer about this.

I am hard of hearing.

I tune in to twitch in the hope of receiving crates or perhaps being able to see some images from upcoming content.

I cannot HEAR whether crates are being given for tuning in, or whether I need to do something.

Who should I speak to (mail is best, I am deaf, do not give me a phone number) to ensure I have the correct instructions to be able to get crates from tuning into twitch streams?

I was wondering where my crates from the last twitch stream were and why they hadn't turned up - I expect this to be sorted if I am not the only hearing impaired ESO gamer who missed out on instructions of how to get them.

(Also an upload of ESO Live after the event with subtitles would be just dandy

)

Is the twitch drop the Ouroborous crate? If so, I've got one and I've never set "foot" on twitch...
