Hi. when i initiate a search in the stores; I get a blue circle and a dark screen. None of the items are loading. Is there a fix for this? i do love to shop.

You may have an add-on causing issues with your guild store search. The steps below go over how to remove add-ons to see if that is the reason for this behavior.- Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
- Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
- Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
- Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
- Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.
