Annoying glitch in Malabal Tor

Please fix this glitch in Malabor Tor, south east near the Abamoth Wayshrine and The Ritual shrine. I got stuck and it kept logging me out within 20 seconds if I tried to submit a ticket or typed /stuck. After 20 minutes I found that the only way to get unstuck was to lose a duel from a friend.
