Random Camera Senitivity

I'm experiencing this unstable camera sensitivity that I can't fix. I'm running the latest GeForce driver 398.36 on my GTX 970 GAMING 4G from MSI. I'm using a Logitech G502 mouse and I've tried recalibrating and so on. The mouse has no problems. I only get this in ESO. Found this video on YouTube that shows the problem I'm experiencing.
