2: When you use an Ultimate ability, you gain Weapon and Spell Damage for 10 seconds equal to twice the amount of total Ultimate consumed.

I can already tell this is going to be broken. The day ZOS releases a DLC/Expansion that doesnt come with a broken set.. is the day i will win the lottery, get struck by lightning and live, find the love of my life, tell my ex's mom that her daughter is a cheating **** , own 6 Lambos and a Bugatti, get sent 10bil gold in ESO , have the greatest and most powerful PC known to man , own a multi trillion-air Crypto company , have 1k worth of BTC , quite my job bc i wont need its money, and last but not least, meet NF and become his bestest of friendses

The set is gonna be very strong in every scale of play. I love it. What I appreciate is how it’s kind of a more engaging set and lets you fine tune and control your damage, since it buffs based on ulti consumed and not the cost of the ulti. Adds a layer of strategy to gameplay. This is so much more preferable to proc damage. So kudos to zos on that, adding a powerful monster set that requires some thought to get the most out of.

Stam DK's everywhere, Corrosive Armor was almost already insta death. With this set it will literally be gg for anyone

It will make solo bombing relevant again, but bombers will have to charge up a lot of ulti between bombs.

Just when other ultimates + playstyles were viable zos goes and adds this set to the game... I don't want to be forced to start using eye of the potato again.

Paul OP. And yeah, although this is obviously going to be powerful for all DPS/Ultimates I can't help but imagine how this much this is going to buff destro.

Yeah pretty much, its adding of alot damage to small scale builds. But literally buffing mix/maxed destro/perma groups through the stratosphere. Does it stack though is the real question?

The question is what "ultimate consumed" really means. The stored amount (e.g. 500 ultimate, thus 1,000 SD and WD for 10 seconds) or the amount the ultimate actually needs to activate (thus 250 at most, meaning 500 SD and WD for 10 seconds)) If the latter, it's weaker than some 5 pc boni. Interesting for bombing and destro ult stacks, sure. But apart from that?

I tested on PTS and in it's current state it's based off how much ultimate you have not the ultimate cost, so up to 500 (1000 WD or SP). The power bonus is not applied until the following ultimate though, which even opens the window for a 1000 SP destro ult for 250 cost.

I was unable to get it to proc on overload. However if you use up 500 ult worth of overload, if you use a different ult afterwards I think you get 128 weapon and spell power. lol rekt.

Wait. So I pop my destro and the SD doesn’t apply to the damage? Did I read that right?

It does if you have previously used an ultimate with the monster set equiped and calculates the spell damage based off how much ultimate you had when you used your previous ult.
