UI Issue - Interaction Areas shift to the right sometimes

I admit the title is probably not perfect.. but i dunno how to explain it.
Basically.. the clickable areas move to the right sometimes - especially noticeable in conversation when i want to choose a dialog option.
It's not a visual bug - meaning it all looks the same, but the actual area where i have to click is sligthly to the right sometimes.
A quick /reloadui fixes it for a while.
I dunno what could cause this.

As you are encountering an issue with the UI and have multiple add-ons loaded, one of these add-ons may be causing your issue with shifting right. You can try either disabling add-ons or removing add-ons and see if that resolves the issue.
