Last night it was bugged, combat issues and one-shotting. Whenever the raid wiped we couldn't get out of combat. The stuck timer sent us to the beginning once, but we were still in combat. The only work-around was to have 1 player leave the group, rez outside and come back to rez the rest. Then the Boss would aggro when we started rezzing and we had to run out to reset him, rinse and repeat. I hear it's been happening since Summerset release.
