So I have an open ticket in support. I am paying for a subscription and I requested a refund on a house because when I purchased it, I thought I could use it to store items and things (like every other elder scrolls games I play. But that is not how it works, they said. So I requested a refund. The ticket in Support that Zachariah is supposed to be helping me with is still saying, waiting on agent.... I wouldn't be upset but he asked me to stop playing until this is resolved and no one has responded about how long this will take... I would like to play the game... I really would.... Should I play or should I wait?

    That sounds really weird, like they misunderstood your question or maybe they thought you were requesting a refund of the game. On the other hand, maybe they are looking into rolling your account back to a state before you purchased the house. If that's the case, then any progress you've made since then will be lost.
