Major FPS Issues Since Patch

Since the last patch I've been experiencing some major FPS issues. Before the patch I maintained a steady 61 FPS and everything ran smoothly. After patch my FPS has dropped to the mid 50's and constantly lags down into the high teens and low 20's for no apparent reason. I'm also experiencing constant flickering/jerking. Anyone else having issues?

Yep. Performance issues since summerset update. Last night it was like my character hit an invisible wall sometimes and was just stuck there running in place for a minutes or so. The issues I experience are far worse when I am in summerset.

Not sure if people just never check the "Dev Tracker" header to actually see what the devs have commented on, but Gina posted a message and some suggested fixes.

I've noticed FPS has gone up somewhat from around 60++ to75-80++ in general. However I have noticed 'troughs' where FPS goes down as low as 12-13 with no noticable latency issue. Also, sometimes character movement 'stutters' a bit like 'rubber banding' but just a very sudden stop start and this can happen at any time not in a particular area or while doing anything repeatable or specific.

It's probably just start week glitches for me and they will, likely and hopefully, be fixed or naturally fade!

Gaming laptop MSI GE62VR 7RE Apache Pro used hard wired or 5G wireless - issues apparent either way. Win10 Home all latest updates and all drivers etc up to date .Issues happen with addons on or off regardless.

Desktop to be used for Summerset when downloaded. No point in giving stats as yet.

EDIT reading Gina etc notes and will see what can be done.

Performance in this expansion/patch is terrible. I read the engineers notes, not sure what he means when he says stuttering is new with this patch. My game has stuttered when running since I purchased it.

Huge stutters for no reason since this patch. I usually cap 100 FPS, nearly everywhere. It just plummets and gives a slideshow for 5-6 seconds for no reason at all.

Don't get it, sure I didn't get max FPS in cities prior to the patch, but at least the game ran smooth. How is it ZOS can make a performance update and somehow *** up performance even worse?

All the the list about improvements in the patch notes, nothing frome there is in the game, the stutter is for a long time in this game, but now is worse, the game run terrible right now, i didn't reload UI for 4 hours, was so bad the stutter(forgot to make a video) i just close the game and start it again, i hope they fix it soon, i don't enjoy the game right now...

I tried everything from that post and nothing worked. The game has not been this bad (for me) in years. I don't dare go into vMA right now.
