ESO64.exe crashes on Win10 Pro

Hi,

I recently updated my gaming rig and since then have been having frequent crashes. System specs are beyond requirements. The crashes are related to an issue with ESO64.exe crashing ntdll.dll. The issue occurs regardless of in-game activity. After a crash, a quick login will result in crashing during even login. I suspect that it has something to do with the ntdll.dll being part of the Windows10 Pro OS. I previously used a Win10 Home edition and did not ever encounter a crash using all of the same hardware except the "AMD ROG Strix B350-F Gaming MB" w/ Ryzen 7 1700.

Steps taken in attempt to resolve:
  • All system devices and drivers updated
  • Windows updated 04/21/2018
  • Windows started in selective startup mode with only Microsoft services chosen
  • All non-essential system devices disabled (Including USB connections other than on MB)
  • New Peripherals tested (HP Keyboad, MS Optical Mouse, ASUS KBD and ASUS Mouse)
  • Memtest passed on M.2 drive ( C: )( Samsung EVO 250GB), RAM (Corsair Vengeance 8GB x2), WD Purple 4TB drive (D: )
