Eso subscription error

Cut to the chase. I cannot purchase eso plus. I get thir error:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: "xxx"

I'm getting pissed at this. Is anyone else having the same isse?

    There are three troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the error "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."
    1. Clear your browser history, cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
    2. Try a different browser.
    3. This error is sometimes linked to special characters being used in the username and/or password.
      • If you are in the process of creating an account using special characters we would advise you to remove them and try again. Changing the security question and answer may also resolve the issue.
      • If you have already created an account with special characters in your password, please change your password here and try again.

    If neither of these steps help, please open a ticket with customer support.
