Support ticket outside the game

Can you put in a support ticket outside the game ? . I stupidly ugraded to Summerset Isle and my game now runs but the collections area is bugging out and stopping me from using the interface. Cannot even use a transport shrine. Cannot put in a support ticket from the game.

Please log out of the game completely and close out of everything. Once done, restart the launcher and log back in. This should resolve the issue, but if not, let us know.

Garwulf✭✭✭OK. thanks. Thought I had tried that . Went though most of my "proceedures" including disabling addon etc. with no luck. Forgot that one for some reason.0
