hello guys, a friend of mine has problems logging on the site, when he tried to log he was asked to enter the code via email without receiving it. He checked his blacklist and spam without finding anything. He then tried to send a ticket for access problems with the account, inserting the old email address and a new one in the ticket. But he did not receive any confirmation by email, so he repeated the ticket twice without having to confirm the ticket. What should he do?

    A successfully completed customer service ticket (with ticket number) is needed ... if your friend needs ZOS to help troubleshoot their account and access.

    Post the ticket number here in thread when done. Often times a forums mod can help escalate it if it’s related to getting into the game.
