When I first bought the game, I activated one account. But later on, I created another and I have the option to Redeem the code. I have the code but the web says I cannot redeem it because it's in the other account I can't remember. I believe it's the same one I use to get in game, but with the auto connection I can't see my account name nor won't remember the password. How to solve it, please? I seek to buy crowns for the new DLC. Thank you.
