No ESO plus?

I paid on 2/2 and ESO plus is gone wtf? I submitted a ticket in game but I haven't received a confirmation email yet. I also can't log into the support page as it wants an access code and it's not sending an email to me (I checked inbox and junk). What's going on?

    SoS diff month. ZOS is who I blame it’s been like this for about....2+ years

    I sub once every 5-6 months to test.....always results. It was this was for the whole first year at release too.
    1. No crowns till days later or only after a ticket
    2. Going out randomly resulting in missing days paid for

    If you have been charged for ESO Plus and do not have access to your benefits, please contact Xbox Support, cancel or refund your current membership, and start a new membership.

    Before contacting Xbox Support, you may wish to try the troubleshooting steps below:
    • Log out of the game entirely and wait a few minutes before logging back in. If that fails, please restart the game and your Xbox One.
    If restarting your console did not resolve the issue, please check on the server status for The Elder Scrolls Online and Xbox below: If the issue has persisted for an extended period of time, please contact Xbox Support to check on the status of your membership.

    Be warned @Jolter that if you do have Xbox refund your current membership and start a new one, you will have to wait quite a few weeks for the $15 to show up back in your account. Took me 6 weeks when I had to do this a few months back when my ESO plus vanished for multiple days.

    Mine disappeared last night too and after leaving my system unplugged for a few hours i got back on and it was there for what it's worth.

    Hopefully ZoS can contact someone at Microsoft and work together with them to find out why this happening so much to Xbox players specifically. @ZOS_KatP

    This happens to me occasionally on the Xbox but is fixed every time by exiting game and re logging back in. While it happens rarely, it has happened to me twice this week.

    This has happened to me for the past 3 months... each month this has happened...
    *edit note* okay after a reset it fixed itself. Was hoping it would not do like it did last month and the month before that.

    I get that this is a Microsoft/XBOX Live issue, but I'm not sure how to navigate the xbox support site to let them know there's a problem. The xbox live status is being reported as good (though there were troubles last night). Cancelling and re-subbing seems..extreme. I'm just not sure what else to do.

    Call 1-800-4my-Xbox

    Infinitely better support than Anything ZoS can provide. It's not even in the same universe.

    Let them solve it for you. All ZoS will do is kick and scream and swear it's not their fault even though it's their fault for not coming together with Microsoft so they can solve this issue together.

This is the second day now that I can't play the game the way I like because it's showing that I don't have an ESO Plus membership in the game. My account status shows as Active on the website, just not while I'm signed in to the game.
    I turned in a ticket and ZOS did acknowledge that they are investigating this issue so I hope they can resolve the problem soon.

    Don't even bother messing with ZoS and tickets on ESO Plus. Call 1-800-4My-Xbox and as long as you get a halfway competent employee they will sort you out. Just tell them you need to un-sub and re-sub and that you want a $15 refund. ZoS ticket support has been utterly useless every single time I've had to deal with this issue (4-5 times).
