Make a feature work properly? We can't have that, it'll give them an advantage next patch. Better make it worse at the same time.

Since they fixed the minor slayer buff on alkosh, it can also be iable for a stmdd to run it
But only if the tank job is hard in certain fights like vHRC or when the tank isnt at the boss like in vAA.PC EU
