Game gets laggier over a few hours

So the game is perfect when I start playing. no lag and runs super smooth.
After a few hours of playing it starts to get a little choppy...another 30min to an hour it gets even choppier until it is just unplayable.
I quit the game and restart and it runs perfect again...for a few hours then repeats.
I have checked to make sure DX11 is going and I think it is "SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D11"" is what is in my settings.
i read an older post that had the same issue and apparently a future path in 2016 was suppose to fix this...any idea what is happening? It does not happen to any other game I own. I have a Radeon HD7700 card I think

One possible reason for the increasing choppiness as you play could be add-ons that are installed. Try disabling all of your add-ons and see if that improves the game performance.
