No. Anything like that bought from the Crown Store is unsellable and untradeable. I'm kind of surprised that there is no in-store discount of individual items, though. That's exactly what I'd do, to make people spend their stashed crowns (thus forcing them to buy new ones for full price).

It's only hurting themselves. The consumer gets to keep their money and ZOS makes nothing during a time when other game companies are probably making huge profits.

Not only apparent, but people have been talking about it for at least the last month. Now, ZOS/Bethesda is testing our resolve. Will we break and buy now, or hold out until the next sale?
I figure they have some non-lore Tamrielic Christmas stuff planned for December to help people make the decision to buy at full price.

BloodWolfe✭✭✭✭I pay for ESO+ so I will only buy Crowns when on sale. This just means I get to save some money so maybe I will buy a new game instead. Been tempted to pre-order Xenoblade Chronicles 2 for my Switch. I still have Doom and Mario Odyssey (finished main story for both but lots of extras to find still) and Skyrim on my Switch to play as well which we all know is a hugh time sink as well.
ZOS, way to push me (and I am sure others) away from the game... or at least away from spending additional money. I try to budget my gaming expenses and I love this game but to spend above ESO+ I won't pay full price for Crowns but always set my gaming budget aside for Crown sales but no sale this time so your loss, not mine!
I still log in but my play sessions are generally shorter when I have other games on the go so I guess I'm getting Xenoblade added to my Switch library now next month instead, thanks ZOS!2 -
