[XB1] Visual Artifacting Issue

Yesterday when I was on my XB1 Account I noticed some distinct issues with visual artifacts (or lack of) in a particular area.
At first I thought it was the tv because it began flitting in places with what looked like an array of dead pixels. But those pixels just happened to be exactly where butterflies/torchbugs were flitting around.
So I zone jumped to wroth and in the load screen there was no Artifacting. Got into wroth and there was another line of dead pixels that was around the border of the rocks/horizon. As soon as I moved it went away.
Definitely not the Xbox because I chucked Rayman in after to play with my son and it was flawless.
Has anyone else seen this on theirs? Common issue?

ZOS_BilladminHas this issue re-occurred after logging out and back in? Is this happening on more then one character? You may want to try power-cycling and reinstalling to see if either helps with this.
Power Cycle the Console
To power cycle your Xbox One:- Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
- Unplug the console's power cable and wait for 10 seconds.
- Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button again.
Uninstall and Reinstall the Game
To uninstall a game on your Xbox One, follow the steps found here.
