I'm ready to give up....

I am sorry; but as previously stated, you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider for further assistance. I would recommend asking them to make sure that the ports below have been forwarded correctly.

TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433

There also may be other troubleshooting that they can provide you for specific router.

my internet is not unstable I had a friend log into his elder scrolls from my pc without any problems.
I want this sorting or I want a refund its getting ridiculous now its my account at your end , can you have somebody with some real technical experience look into this please.

I have gone over the report that you sent us there are a few issues that I see. One is the Netstst results. If you look at the report you will see under the Active Connections a ton of "TIME_WAIT". It will look like this.

The next issue is in the Pathping results you can see that there is a pct loss that occur:

This is showing us that this is a issue with the Connection between your PC and our server. This dose not mean that you have bad Internet, but it dose show us that there is a issue that is occurring. The first thing need you to do is remove all add-on's that you are using with the game at this time. The next time please make sure that your windows and Video card drivers are up to date.

The next step is to get with your ISP to see if they have any troubleshooting or help with this issue. since it is there serves they can see issue that you and us can not see and they may be a able to reroute through ab better path.

Downloaded it , Ran it , Logged in Got on game , Booted me off in under a minute , THE USUAL

Look is there anyone there can maybe try this....

Tried all info below , no errors , but alas you did clue me up about something. I checked my ram with cpu-z and noticed it was on single channel so swapped a stick into slot 2 ( i was always under the impression that dual channel was 1 and 3 , maybe not for Gigabyte z270 motherboards ) Anyway ...
Fires game up and no logging problems so far.
I don't know wether this was the reason or you've done something your end but thank you anyway :)
Can you leave this open for a couple of days in case the problem starts again.

The troubleshooting steps we provided is to make sure you have the best possible connection to (not directly related to your Internet) our servers.
We ask you to try checking for errors with the connection to our servers? There's a few ways you can check your computer for errors:
To run SFC Scan - Go to this link here.
To run Chkdisk - run this until no errors show up
Windows 7: Go to this link here for instructions
Windows 8/8.1/10:
Double click on "Computer"
Select the Drive(s) you want to check
Right Click on the drive you have ESO installed on
Select Properties - Tools
Select "Check" at the "Error checking" section
If the system detects that there are errors, you will be asked to check the disk. If no errors are found, you will see the message – "You don’t need to scan this drive." You can, however, choose to check the drive. Click on Scan drive to do so.
To run a Mem-test - <--run this about 6 times
Windows 7: Go to this link here for instructions
Windows 10: In the Start menu, go to All Apps -> Windows Administrative Tools -> Windows Memory Diagnostic
Windows 8: Type memory on the Start screen, choose Settings and then click or tap the search result that says "Diagnose your computer's memory problems"
Windows 8.1: Type memory on the Start screen, type memory and then click or tap "Diagnose your computer's memory problems"

None of the suggestions have worked , I'd already forwarded the ports and allowed firewall access , I'm on PC-EU , Firmware of router is perfect , DNS has been flushed.
The game actually logs in now and again albeit for less than a minute I get to go 10 paces on a boat (check my log).
Its something on your end it has to be.
Whats the report I have sent you showing ? Anything bad ?
This is the only game/app having problems.

I am sorry that you are still being disconnected so frequently.

Recently, there has been a DDoS attack on the PC NA server, and that may be the cause of your issue. You can read the announcement from yesterday at the link below.

That being said, there is still troubleshooting that I can offer you. Please try the steps below.

Firstly, make an exception/whitelist inside the anti-virus and Firewall softwares to allow either the Elder Scrolls Online folder or the specific files of ESO.exe and the Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe.

Also, below are the steps for windows firewall.

1. Open the Start Menu and type in the search box in the upper right Firewall.
2. Select the Windows Firewall option.
3. On the left pane select Allow a program or feature through the Windows Firewall.
4. Add both the ESO.exe and Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe.
5. These files can be found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online directory
6. And in C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher.
7. Then click OK.

Please note: For network troubleshooting purposes, you should contact your ISP for the most accurate trouble-shooting.

To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, I would recommend configuring your router to open the following outbound ports:

TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433

• Update the firmware of your router (it is always a good step to take, as it prevents that an outdated firmware interferes on your connection).

• Try to put your modem/router far from all electrical devices and do not coil up any excess signal or power cables (to eliminate possible interference problems).

If the above does not work, you can also flush your DNS, which should improve your connection. The steps to do so are below.

Windows 7:
• Click on the Start button
• Type cmd in the Start Menu
• Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
• Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter
• If it was successful, you will see the message "Windows IP configuration successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache."
• Power cycle the router to clear the cache so that it doesn't store the bad route

Can't log in , Best I get is character creation screen then constant log outs.
Just bacame an ESO Plus member aswell after buying morrowind and building a new pc which has no issues with other software.

    Should this post remain and not be removed due to the subject matter;

    Please edit the post to make it more reader friendly! I started reading but gave up. Reading from last to first, bottom to top would be a lot easier if you put some sort of break between the listed posts - maybe a small heading such as 'Post 1' ... 'post 5' or something. As it is we have to find start of each post in a mix of same format text, read down then sroll back to find the start of the next post.

    Anyway, I can't even get into game just now! I enter credentials, get character screen, press 'play' then the loading screen(s) sit there for x amount of time before I shut the game down via task manager. Gonna keep trying but far from impressed.

    EDIT: ACC. info including password in your post! Seriously?
