... in the open world but oddly, it seems about the same in dungeons.
I have 605 CP and my Warden wearing 7/7 light armor (haven't unlocked the undaunted passive yet on this one) despite using a defending lightning staff and using the armor buff which brings the total to ~ 20K physical and spell resistance each, and having my food-buffed health at around 17.5K seems to have large chunks of its health - like about a 3rd - reduced in a single hit by a bone colossus or a gargoyle if they get a hold of me.
I admit I haven't played any of my other squishy characters much since I started playing the Warden so I'm not sure if this increased damage received also applies to my Sorc, DK, Templar or NB.
The odd thing is that both regular and vet dungeon feel the same to me and I don't seem to be getting hit any harder there.
I expected to see some difference with the CP nerf that maxes at 15% instead of 25%. But I also expected to see it everywhere not so much more in the open world with instanced dungeons feeling about the same.
Anyone else seeing this?
