Battlegrounds - queue too long and too many declines - impossible to join

The first time I've tried Battlegrounds I was lucky for joining X games after each other.
Now for about 2 days it's even impossible to join. Always get a message "Someone declined the invite". I'm tired of reading this sentence and re-joining everytime.
The system doesn't keep you queued.
