Transfering crowns or crown purchases to another player

I am looking to either transfer crowns to my wife or purchase a mount for her and have it transfered to her. I have been told to contact support but, not sure which support to contact. I have sent message similar to this to eso support but, wanted to cover my bases and post here as well. What is needed from me so that what ever support group is correct can make the necessary adjustment etc.
