hey i have this game from realese time after som time i take a pause from the game after ca 1 year i instaled my game again but my character was gone so have to start over again how can get my lost character back and pet

    Please make sure you are playing on the correct server in which you originally created your character.

    I am sure it was EU server all i got left is my imperial pack for Preorder the game
