Store & Account Management Patch Notes - 1/18

Today, we performed some maintenance and updates on the ESO Store and Account Management System. Below are the patch notes for this update:
- You will now be able to change your UserID or email address associated with your ESO account directly from the account management page. This can be found under "Edit Account Info."
- Steam ESO Plus members will now be able to see active subscriptions on the ESO account management page.
- If you use the Steam platform, you will now be able to authenticate during Store and Account Management upgrades.
