NO. But I wouldn't mind throwing mud balls at them. If I throw a mud ball at a player it would be cool if it would cover the mount/pet aswell.

Don't you think there are enough ways in this game to try and taunt/irk/grief/provoke other players already ? Why so you need even more of those ?
