Perhaps the correct solution to this is maybe on 'your end' you should just start turning things off at the advertised time and not before and so you 'suck up' the 0-30 minutes of extra reward a customer has potential to get rather than the customer having to 'get pi***d' not getting something that you have previously indicated they would.
Makes for happy customers at the end of the day........

Wouldn't it be better to start turning everything off at the advertised time and allow the event to go a few minutes over than the reverse which causes posts like this to pop up? What's the thinking?
Can we get the notices in-game like the server maintenance notices to give everyone a head's up that 1hr or so remains, then another at 15 minutes and 5? They may have been in-game, I don't know, but it seems like most only found it after they finished their runs and the loot was halved.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »nimander99 wrote: »ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Apologies for this, everyone. Agreed, it would. There was some miscommunication across different teams, and as mentioned, we'll make sure we're clearer in the future so this doesn't happen again.

At 11am ZST tomorrow we will be having a minutes silence to commemorate those who did not receive the double drop in their run today.
For those of you not aware, ZST is Zenimax Standard Time, which is basically 30-50 minutes give or take.

You realize that powered is the most desirable trait on a resto staff right? Hardly a trash drop.

What price? This event was a bonus, an extra, something gifted and COMPLETELY non-obligation.
Jesus people should learn to be a bit more grateful they got an event at all.

People will complain about anything.
