Problem with Character Creation

Yeah new character on PS4 NA. I tried twice to build a Breton Nightblade on Aldmeri Dominion but the character doesn't spin.0 -

✭✭✭@ZOS_DaryaK it seems to be working now. It happened after I deleted a character so I don't know if that had anything to do with it or if it just a one off!0
